Less hauling. Less cost. The same biology that built your soil can process what leaves it.
Every wastewater treatment facility generates biosolids, which is the semi-solid residue that remains after primary and secondary treatment. Managing that residue is among the most operationally expensive obligations a municipality or industrial operator carries. Hauling, land application, incineration, or landfill disposal: every option has a cost, a regulatory burden, and a community impact. The volume of biosolids produced determines the magnitude of all of those downstream obligations.
Conventional treatment does not reduce biosolids volume — it concentrates and transfers them. The biology that could degrade organic solids upstream, before they accumulate into the residue problem, is largely absent from standard treatment trains. Automated bioaugmentation restores that biology where it belongs: at the front of the process, before solids become a management burden.

FOG reduction — upstream
EnBiorganic’s automated bioaugmentation system introduces curated Bacillus consortia upstream from existing treatment infrastructure. As facultative heterotrophs, these organisms digest complex organics under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions, breaking down the high-solids organic loads that would otherwise pass into secondary treatment as accumulated sludge.
The process does not require capital modification to existing systems. Microbial generators are modular add-ons that integrate with current infrastructure. The biology operates continuously, degrading organic solids before they reach primary clarifiers, reducing the mass of material requiring downstream handling, and improving dewatering performance throughout the treatment train.
Bacillus consortia digest fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and complex organics before they accumulate into settled sludge. Less organic mass entering primary treatment means proportionally less biosolids generated throughout the process.
Pretreated solids dewater more efficiently. Reduced organic content and improved floc structure mean lower cake moisture, less polymer demand, and reduced energy input at centrifuges and belt presses.
Operational deployments document biosolids hauling cost reductions of 62% following upstream bioaugmentation implementation. Fewer loads, less contractor spend, and reduced regulatory exposure from land application or disposal activity.
EnBiorganic’s organisms do not inhibit nitrifiers or destabilize existing biological treatment. The system enhances upstream performance without disrupting secondary or tertiary processes that depend on biological stability.
All organisms introduced are non-pathogenic, and Non-GMO. The technology is designed for phased pilot evaluation before full-scale commitment. Operators validate performance against their specific influent characteristics and system conditions before expanding deployment — consistent with utility and industrial risk tolerance.

Bacilli were here before the treatment plant. Automated bioaugmentation puts them back where the work needs to happen.
